Refund Policy

We want every purchase to deliver clear value. This page explains what happens if it doesn't.

Digital products & workspace subscriptions

Reports, workspace access, and other digital products are non-refundable once delivered or access has been granted. This is because the value is consumed at the moment of delivery.

Exception — materially defective product: if a product does not do what was described (e.g. a report covering the wrong scope, or a workspace feature that is broken and cannot be fixed), contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will make it right — either by correcting the issue or issuing a full refund at our discretion.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your Bravo TenderOS subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. No partial-month refunds are issued for monthly plans.

Annual plans cancelled within 7 days of the renewal charge are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months, provided no AI generations beyond the first month's allocation have been consumed.

Free trial

Every plan includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends and you owe nothing.

Consulting engagements

Refund terms for consulting and strategy call engagements are agreed in the individual engagement contract or booking confirmation. If no specific terms are stated, contact us within 48 hours of booking to request a cancellation.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order ID or the email address used at checkout. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
