When you submit a proposal request or inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include company name, project details, and contact information.

We also collect standard usage data through analytics (pages visited, session duration). No cookies beyond what's necessary for the site to function.

Why we collect it

Email and contact details: to send the newsletter you signed up for, respond to inquiries, and deliver purchased products.

Payment information: to process transactions through Paddle, our payment processor.

Proposal and company data: to scope and deliver consulting engagements.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising.

Who has access

Paddle (payment processing). Email delivery provider (newsletter dispatch). No other third parties unless required by law.

Your rights

If you are in Singapore, your rights are covered under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Requests are handled within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as you remain a subscriber or customer. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.
