Data Processing Addendum

This addendum describes how Bravo Energy ("we") processes personal data and customer content on behalf of customers ("you") who use the Tender Workspace application. It supplements our Terms of Service. Where you are subject to the GDPR or similar laws, you are the data controller and we act as your data processor for the content you upload.

What we process

We process the tender documents and related content you upload, the items the application generates from them, and account information needed to run the service (name, email, organization, usage). We process this only to provide the service to you and on your instructions.

Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors to deliver the service. Each is bound by its own data-protection commitments:

• Clerk — authentication and organization management
• Paddle — payments (Merchant of Record)
• Anthropic and DeepSeek — AI processing of the documents you choose to generate from
• Fly.io — application hosting and data storage
• Sentry — error monitoring (no document content)
• PostHog — product analytics (no document content)

AI processing

When you run a generation, the selected documents are sent to the configured AI provider to produce a draft. Providers process this content to return a result and do not use your content to train their models under their business terms. AI output is always a draft for your review.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Each organization's data is logically isolated and scoped to that organization. Access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it. We do not sell customer content.

Data location and retention

Application data is hosted in Singapore. We retain your content for as long as your account is active. On request or on account closure, we delete your content within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Your rights and requests

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data. We will assist with data-subject requests you receive that relate to content processed through the service.
